Provisional Practice 1 Results
The GT World Challenge America powered by AWS field took to the track on Friday afternoon for their first official practice session of the weekend at Circuit of The Americas under bright sunny skies and rising temperatures. It was the Pro class JMF Motorsports duo of Michai Stephens and Mikael Grenier who went quickest on board the No. 34 Mercedes-AMG GT3, setting the fastest lap time of 2:04.678. John Gilliland and Loek Hartog from Kellymoss slotted into second position overall and first in the Pro-Am category with their No. 88 Porsche 911 GT3-R (992) EVO. Third was occupied by Justin Rothberg and Robby Foley in the No. 29 Turner Motorsport BMW M4 GT3 EVO.
